Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at shivangikansara.sk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
